Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

During new drops, launches, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. SOUNDLOUD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.
