Refund Policy

At SOUNDLOUD, we want you to be happy with your order.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Used items or products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
